Dr. Kenisha L. Williams spent 22 years in education, beginning as a kindergarten teacher and later serving 13 years as a principal. She led district initiatives in Self-Leadership, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and now dedicates her work to leadership coaching through her company, TransFormNation Training & Development, LLC. Dr. Williams holds multiple degrees, including two doctorates in Organizational Leadership and Ministry, and is a certified coach with the John Maxwell Team.

She has facilitated leadership roundtables globally and revitalized the Greater High Desert Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership course. Her work has earned her several honors, including the Dr. John C. Maxwell Culture DNA Award. In 2023, she was the Commencement Speaker at Victor Valley College. Passionate about inspiring transformation through authentic leadership, Dr. Williams continues to empower others to lead with purpose and impact.
